Design Notes
The yeast S. cerevisiea does not have a RISC system, which is necessary to use the RNA interference methodology. This cassette was therefore designed with the aim of expressing the RISC system in yeast
Source
BBa_K124002 came from iGEM08_Brown team, responsible for encoding the constitutive promoter of the enzyme glyceraldehyde 3-phosphage dehydrogenase. BBa_K1993016 came from iGEM16_SYSU-MEDICINE and is responsible for coding IRES. BBa_K2637017 came from iGEM18_Tianjin is responsible for coding CYC 1 terminator This sequence was optimized for S. cerevesiae, and the other parts can be obtained from the yeast genome
